Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix (DF)
To make this recipe dairy free, simply add the following to a sealing glass storage jar:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3/4 cup coconut milk powder

1 cup coconut sugar (or refined sugar)
Mix well and store! To use, add 2-3 Tbsp of mix to 1 cup of hot milk of choice. It’s quite a treat with coconut whip on top too! For another variation, add 1-2 drops of Peppermint Vitality or Lavender Vitality essential oil to the milk as you heat it.
